Web Playback SDK: WebPlaybackState.disallows.skipping_prev not correct on second track

Issue:

When playing the first track from an album or an artist context (ie: a context with more than one track) completes and passes to play the second track,

then the "disallows.skipping_prev" field of the WebPlaybackState object is wrongly populated with "true" value

Expected: since there is one previous track from context and no ads is playing, the "disallows.skipping_prev" field of the WebPlaybackState object should be set to "false" or not set at all.

Additional info: this issue seems to be happening only when passing from first to second track, for following tracks (eg: from second to third) to works just fine.
