There's any database with the playlists historical saves growth?

I'm building a tool that shows the playlist saves growth by adding the playlist URL. 

I can't find tho in the Spotify API any data about that, so how other websites can makes it? They build internally their own database checking the playlists everyday or there's any public database I can use?
