It has come to my attention that Spotify has launched a feature, also named “Jam”, that bears striking and undeniable similarities to the unique concept I meticulously developed and communicated through your API platform. I have always demonstrated respect for Spotify’s platform and adhered to the strict guidelines and terms of service associated with API usage. The transparency and detail with which I described my application’s functionality were in good faith, with an expectation of reciprocal respect for intellectual property.

Why would you follow advice from Spotify Advisors anyway.
