Urgent!! Need help regarding my application

Hi, I wanted some help regarding Spotify API. In my app I am using Spotify API from developer dashboard, but it is working fine when I am running my application with those accounts which are registered on both spotify and spotify developer dashboard. I want to run the application for general users and they may not be a part of developer dashboard. For those accounts which are only registered on spotify and not on developer dashboard. It shows error of "User not registered on developer dashboard".

I am open for any suggestions and help.
