Waiting another 6 weeks for Quota Extension?

Hello!

Our team has just uploaded another Quota Extension in response to some design changes requested by the Spotify Team. 

Our first Quota Extension took roughly 6 weeks to complete. Does this mean we have to wait another 6 weeks for the small changes made at Spotify's request? 

If the Spotify team could review our updates from our previous Quota Extensions that would be greatly appreciated. We have a small team of developers who cannot afford to wait around for another 6 weeks. The name of our application is Musicplace.
