Web API extension request - 2+ months and no response

We submitted a request for quota extension on March 21st and still haven't heard back from anyone yet. The Spotify for Podcasters team couldn't find anyone for us to talk to either. Who can help? 

Our use case is identical to Dexa.ai in some respects, and they have the Web API integration to perform their episode player integrations (as they have to fetch relevant episode IDs to do so).
