Web Playback SDK not working on phone web browser

My Question or Issue

I'm facing a problem that i can't resolve, my my app app need the User to connect to Web Playback SDK and select my app from its spotify device, it's working fine on all computers i tested the app, but when i'm using a Web Browser from a phone to connect to spotify SDK it just doesn't show up in the spotify app device of the phone and the computer.  I don't know if i missed something or if it's not possible at all but i'm having trouble with phones only. If it's possible and there might be an error, where could i find the phone Web browser logs ? Do i need Android Studio ?
