When I try to add a User in Developer Dashboard I a Error.

When I enter a E-Mail & Name and click "Add User" this Error shows:

the string did not match the expected pattern

I am also having this problem, but I am getting a different erro rmessage:

Unexpected token 'u', "upstream c"... is not valid JSON

Any ideas?
