Spotify Developer Portal Down

Hello, I'm a developer and have spent the last several weeks building a spotify app. But the dev portal seems to be down. I cannot add new users to the developer allow list, and I cannot submit an extension request.

I've been a spotify developer for over 7 years, and a premium user. I'm really not sure what to do here I'm completely blocked. We can't even share developer credentials with other folks on our team to test on staging environment.
