Why do I get error code 111 while trying to access the website?

Recently I tried to open Spotify on Safari as a website and received the error code 

upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. reset reason: connection failure, transport failure reason: delayed connect error: 111

and after troubleshooting wifi connections, resetting/hard resetting computer and website, have seen no change. Is there any way to stop this message from popping up?

I'm trying to log into the web player from my Mac and I'm also receiving the same 111 error message

Having the same issue -- seems to be an error with how they are routing traffic, or the site is temporarily under maintenance. A bug that should be fixed!!

I'm having the same issue. In the image I uploaded there's supposed to be track embeds with the play button but it's throwing this error. I know Spotify wrapped just came out, maybe there's too much traffic in general? Fairly annoyed
