hello! I ran into a problem - when I make a request for an endpoint, I get the error "Check settings on developer.spotify.com/dashboard , the user may not be registered.".
At the same time, the application was working, I did not touch anything in the settings, and suddenly this error started appearing.

Adding a user to user management helped to remove the error, but I need it to work without adding users to user management.

I saw information on the forum that the application should not be in the Development mode status. However, I don't even have a "quota extension request" section (and as far as I remember, I already did this a long time ago)
