Request for Spotify API Quota Extension — Convert Playlist (Cross-Platform Playlist Migration App)

Hi Spotify Developer Relations Team,

I’m Mutai Mwiti, founder of Convert Playlist — an independent web app that lets users transfer and manage their playlists seamlessly between Spotify, YouTube Music, and Apple Music.

We launched our Beta in April 2025 to test and refine the playlist migration process. Since then, we’ve seen steady organic growth and strong engagement from early users:

• 191 registered users

• 401 conversions completed

• 522 playlists processed

At the moment, our Spotify API quota limits further onboarding and public rollout. I previously reached out via email and was directed here by Spotify Support.

Could someone from the Developer Relations or Platform team please advise on the correct process or contact point for discussing a quota extension or potential partnership review?

We’ve prepared a detailed Beta metrics report and developer dashboard screenshot, which we’re happy to share privately if needed.

As stated on this page, as a company your app must be able to maintain 250k monthly active users.

If you think that is the case in your case, you can find a link to an application form on the same page.
