common uri commands for windows

My Question or Issue

I'm currently looking for uri commands for common usability

• play
• pause
• next song
• shuffle
• repeat album
• repeat song

Currently the only one available is the uri command to open a track/playlist and play the song (only if no song is currently playing). Where what I would like to be able to do is play the song even if there is already one playing.

Examples:

• spotify:pause
