count a number of times a music is played

Hello, 
I'm trying to do an app counting the number of times a track have been played on several platforms. Unfortunately, when I'm trying to use recently-played-tracks, it is impossible to have more than 50 tracks. And when I tried to use Top items, the number of times a track have been played is not available.

How could I overcome the problem ?
