me/episodes is full of null episodes

Whenever a playlist is removed from a feed, the 'stub' is left behind in me/episodes, causing significant bloat overtime of completely broken and performance hindered feeds.

My last query for my episodes has most of the episodes now as null.  I still have a 1000 or so that are real valid great episodes, but nearly 9000 entries all look like the below.  I can't remove them programatically because you have to remove by id, and they have none.  Some clients display the invalid podcasts as non playable stubs, but most (including phone) will filter them out, but they all exist on the backend if you do a query.

I assume most of these are from hourly news podcasts that expire after the next 2 podcasts appear.

Is there a way to keep this list clean of the thousands of dead entires?
