Error 429, leading to Disabled and Blocked app

Hi guys, I have been working on a web app that basically creates a playlist for a users. Recently my app has been blocked, I believe the issue stems from making too many API request in a short period of time and not handling the retries correctly.

I believe I have addressed the issue in the last few hours, however the app is still blocked so I am unable to test my solution.

Is there any contact information available that would allow me to confirm whether the block is temporary, the length of the block and the cause?

Any advice would be a great help.
