"Illegal Scope" on my application after quota extension

After receiving a quota extension, I keep getting Illegal Scope when logging into my application, and everything is spelled correctly and all. I know it is because of the Scope Extension being separate, so I just sent that in 2 months after my quota extension. Can anyone from the team possibly take a look at my scope extension?

This just happened to my app too.

I was granted a quota extension and now I can no longer log in to my own app. I get "Illegal scope".

Did you ever get it resolved?
