redirect uri doesn't seems to support dynamic port

In the documentation about redirect uri it is writen : When using a loopback IP literal, you might not know the port number used in advance if it can be assigned dynamically.
 If you don't know the port number in advance, register your redirect URI with a loopback IP literal, but without any port number.

But unfortunately when i try to add http://127.0.0.1 to my redirect uri on the dashboard it says : This redirect URI is not secure. Learn more here.

http://127.0.0.1:8000 works just fine.
