On Spotify for developers the submitting a quota extension request - Doesn't work.
I've tried 3 different computers+incognito, this is not a cache problem.

Spotify has removed the ability for individuals to request a quota extension, and made the requirements more strict. You can read more about this on this page.

I hope this clarifies things.
