My Question or Issue
I see in your terms and conditions that using the Spotify API for quizzes and trivia is not allowed. I am currently developing a game where players have to complete the lyrics of a song. I would like to create an integration similar to what Hitster has. Hitster is a board game from Jumbo Game. Apparently, that is allowed.
How is this possible?

Hey @Jacob2167, as you've mentioned using Spotify API for quizzes and trivia is not allowed as per the developer terms.
Oke, and that is allowed if you use it for an app in combination with a board game?

Oke, thanks for your reply. So it is allowed to make a connection via a qr code to a song on spotify if it goes trough, for example, a premium subscription of the player of the game?

Hi, I've seent his reply multiple times. Hitster however, has been active for close to 4 years now. I would like to know how one can apply to the same agreement as Hitster has. If this isn't at the very least provided as an option to other developers as well, would this not be in breach of EU competition laws? Or is Hitster currently in breach of Spotify's agreements?
Thanks!
