v1/me/player/devices always returns an empty array

My Question or Issue

For a few days my application that uses api spotify has stopped working, all accounts to which I have access suddenly stop getting devices and old device_id does not work.

Endpoint with the list of devices always returns an empty array despite the fact that I have the device on which I am listening to music turned on (I checked on several devices and spotify accounts)
