My Question or Issue

I got a prepaid 12 months gift card for Christmas. I went to spotify.com/redeem and entered the code on the back of the card. It said it was processed and would send me a confirmation email, but i haven’t gotten the email. I already powered off my phone and made sure I had the correct email in my account. Does it take a few hours?

I just figured out that in my app it said that the card worked, the only thing now is that i still haven’t received the confirmation email. But i guess it’s fine right now because the card worked 🤷‍♀️

Awesome! Everything should be fine now, but you can still double-check if the Premium time has been applied correctly on your account page.

 

As for the confirmation email, it's only sent when you switch from free to Premium or when you update your payment details, so if you had leftover Premium time, you might have not received a new email, since your subscription hasn't technically run out.
