Removing card details from an account im not the manager of

Hi, I'm currently on a premium Duo subscription with my ex partner, she is the plan manager so I cannot change any payment details but the payment card is mine, how do I cancel this? Don't have contact with her Thanks

How do i remove my card from Spotify?

I paid via PayPal for the premium package, but I did not receive the authorization, however, the money was deducted from my account and it is not even displayed in the PayPal application

Ads on Premium account

I was hearing the usual podcasts them I got an advertising message on it. As I am a premium user this doesn't make any sense. How can I disable those ads? I am not paying for some premium feature if I am expecting to hear any propaganda.
