My Question or Issue

Hello! I have some troubles with a payment. So, I paid 10th of July for Student Premium (2.49$) and today (21 of July) I got an email which saying that I should pay again for my subscription. Although only 11 days have passed since the payment. Well, I have a question why should I pay for it when it’s not even a month has passed. I hope for your answer. Thank you in advance!

Thanks for reaching out.

 

If you've had a lot of failed payments in the past, the system will try to charge you earlier than expected to make up for the time you've used your Premium subscription without paying. 🙂
