Premium Duo address issue

Premium Duo address issue

Hi, 

 

I just created a Premium Duo as my wife wanted to join. I invited her and was prompted to enter our address. She enters the very same address and we get a message that she is trying to register from another country. I thought it is her cell phone and I decided to use my laptop and just opened a different browser - same issue. What the heck is wrong and how does Spotify define if the address is correct or not? Basically we choose one and the same address from one and the same device at one and the same location.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

The error message isn't related to the entered address at all 🙂 Instead, it's the country setting of her account that differs from the one set in your account.

 

You can both check your country setting at https://www.spotify.com/account/profile/.
