My Question or Issue

I agreed to paying for the $16.99 price for family premium and it shot ip to $20.00. I didn’t have h to e money for the price shooting up I had enough for the one I agreed to pay.

Spotify only charges once per month, per subscription. That is the correct price for Premium Family, but I would recommend checking your Receipts page to see if you're able to replicate the charge of $20. If you don't see that charge listed there, I would recommend reaching out to your financial institution to see where that amount might be coming from. The charges you see on your receipts page are the charges that get deducted from your bank.
