2 accounts with same email address, need to contact direct before they cancel family account

Hi all, anyone with a direct contact for Spotify. I have a Rogers Spotify account and have recently initiated a Family Account, because Rogers totally screwed up my subscription,under same email. Need to cancel Rogers only. Thanks.
