i've been getting charged but not getting the service

i've been getting charged but not getting the service

i've been getting charged for premium for about 3 months, but i don't get the service, and i have a family package but every month i have to add again people to the acount, so i pay two acaunts, one that i don't even know why i'mgetting charged for, and the other kicks out my family every month from the package

PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP MEEEE
