2nd device Premium not working

2nd device Premium not working

Hi, I have Spotify premium, and use 2 devices, one on my phone, and then a different device solely for work. This is always been fine, but now the one I use for work says 'subscription: free' in settings and I'm getting adverts, even though on my phone it says premium. I've reinstalled the app, as well as logging out and logging in.

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
