3 Months for $0.99 CAD not working when using visa?

When I try to put in all the information, it comes up saying "Payment failed. Try again or use a diffrent payment method." And I've checked all the information on the card, its fine, and I've done everything that spotify has suggested I try but nothing works. Can someone please help me before this offer ends?
