My Question or Issue

Spotify Montly Premium is about to expire today and I want to register under the 3-month premium but it shows that my account is not legible. Why is that?

Spotify just registered the account for only a month automatically and reduced the cellular load as payment. Is the three-month premium not available?

Thanks for reaching out to us about this.

 

Our winback offer is for current Free users who returned to the Free service before April 15th, 2019 (one month before the start date of the offer).

 

Therefore, since your Premium subscription was still active at the time you posted in this thread, you will not be eligible for this offer.
