My Question or Issue

Hey guys,

In around June/July I think, I ended up signing up for the free trial for the 3 month premium offer because apparently that had been the last time to apply for it. The problem is, it hasn't worked for ages. I have had ads and all other free features, and the web player and my app on any device says I'm on free still. I don't mind not having premium but I really don't wanna pay when I haven't even gotten to experience it. Could anyone please tell me how to cancel this because I don't even have that option because it says I'm on free. Please help me out here.

Hey @shazza7 ,

 

You should look at the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number login with Facebook!
