I am sorry to hear about this. Have you tried Premium in the past, or a current Premium subscriber? Keep in mind that this offer will only work if you have not tried Premium before, and there is more information about this here.

If you have not tried Prmeium in the past and you are getting an error message, can you try redeeming it using a different browser or private window? You can also send me a screenshot of any error messages you see (make sure to hide sensitive information when posting to the Community).
