My Question or Issue

Today i bought the 3 month premium plan for 0.99$, money was taken from my bank account but the premium never appeared, during the transaction there was an error saying something went bad and wanted me to retry, i didn't because i wasn't sure if it would take more money from my account, i attach a screenshot from my bank site and spotify's site. Please help!

In this case, we suggest you follow all of the steps listed in this article. If you still have trouble seeing your Premium features, the pending charge point most likely applies to you.

 

If that's the case, make sure your card meets the requirements listed here and try signing up again.
