30 Day Free Trial Not Working

I have signed up for the 30 day premium account trial by providing billing information. I have recieved a receipt telling me I have been succesfully billed 0.00 (which makes sense because it is for the trial). On the spotify site on browser it shows me as a premium account user but I am still a "Free" user on the IOS and the PC app. Please help me out.

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

Could you make sure that you are viewing the right account? You can check out this guide on finding the right account. Also, do make sure to check your Premium feartures to see if you can use them (offline listening, skips, etc.) to make sure your Premium is active.

 

If you're still having issues, could you do a quick log out/in to see if that works? If that doesn't help, try following these steps to see if that works.
