So today i decided to finally redeem my free trial for Spotify and when i signed up it told me that it told me i had already redeemed a similar discount when i never had. Any solutions?

Hey @Jimenezd5006, apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

In this case, you may have used a credit/debit card to purchase one of the Premium products. Unfortunately, the trial only works for users who haven’t tried Premium and doesn’t have a payment info in their system.
