 Hi, I just purchased the free 30-day trial to premium and it is not working. I tried logging out, empty date cache, uninstalled, and reinstalled the spotify app and it's still showing me as a free account. Am I still getting the free 30-day trial as a "Free" member status?

Hey @chivis, help's here. 

 

It sounds like you either didn't successfully apply for the Premium trial, or you upgraded another account. 

 

We first advise you to log out, and log back in with the right credentials for the Premium account. A free trial should still show you that you have a Premium status. Check out this help article to look for other accounts.
