$35 OVERDRAFT FEE WHEN MY BALANCE IS POSITIVE

I was charged an overdraft fee of $35 by spotify when my balance has the correct amount of funds to pay for my subscription. I would like to avoid taking legal action but if my $35 is not given back I will dispute the payment with my bank.

Sorry to hear this. This looks like an issue with your financial institution, as they may have charged you additional to the Spotify monthly payment. In this case, I would contact your financial institution to get this solved.
