My Question or Issue
Hi, I currently have a free account and never had a premium. When i try to buy it the payment gives back an error, then I get a notification on my phone that says that it was not allowed because Spotify does not use 3d Secure.

Thanks for the post.
We'd recommend trying to subscribe for Premium from a different device.
Let us know if that works, and if not - send us a screenshot of the error message you're receiving.

I tried with 3 different devices:
Everytime i got the same error: once i validated the payment with my credit card i got back to the spotify payment screen and got a red box saying the payment did not complete and linking me to the payment troubleshooting page. Right now i decided to subscribe to the 3 free months, so i won't try again until december. The red box is the same other users here in the community got in other posts with the 3d secure problem. IMHO the problem lies not within the devices but with the 3d secure protocol.

Glad to hear that you were able to activate the 3 months Premium.
In case you get this error message again, can you send us a screenshot of it? Just make sure that any sensitive or private info is hidden. We'll look into this further.

Merhaba iyi günler dilerim. 18 Eylül cumartesi günü saat 08.06'da benim haberim olmadan 18 liralık bir kesinti yaşanmış. Kesintinin nedeni Spotify üyeliği olarak gözüküyor. Telefonumun abonelikler sayfasına baktığımda ise Spotify premium üyeliğim olmadığı gözüküyor. Kesintinin nasıl ve kim tarafından kesildiğini nasıl öğrenebilirim?
