4 months free Premium offer disappeared – Need help

Hi Spotify Team,

 

I saw the "4 months free Premium" offer in the Spotify app on May 26, but now it’s gone. I haven’t used Premium before, and I wanted to claim it.

 

I contacted support, and they told me to post here. I’ve already tried clearing cache, using incognito mode, logging out/in, and checking the website—nothing worked.

 

I’m attaching a screenshot that shows the offer. Please help me get access to it again.

Sorry to hear about that and thanks for sending us a screenshot. Can you let me know your country or region of residence? That way I can check and see the promotions available in your area. Keep in mind that promotions and offers may end at anytime even before the expiration date.

Sorry to hear about that and thanks for sending us a screenshot. Can you let me know your country or region of residence? That way I can check and see the promotions available in your area. Keep in mind that promotions and offers may end at anytime even before the expiration date.

I’m from India.

I saw the offer on the Spotify app on May 26, 2025. I’ve never used Premium before, and I wanted to claim the "4 months free" offer that shows it's valid until December 31, 2025.

 

 

I’m using the same account and have not changed regions or VPNs. The offer disappeared the next day and I wasn’t able to claim it.

The only offer that I see that matches a bit similar to what you’re showing me is 3 months of Premium: https://www.spotify.com/in-en/premium/.

 

You may try to create a new Spotify account here and then see if the trial offer that you described appears there. If it does, you can subscribe and then transfer content from one account to another following these steps.

I understand the 3-month ₹59 promo is available, but I specifically saw the 4 months completely free offer displayed on my account just yesterday. Can you please escalate this or confirm if I was part of that eligibility list before it got removed?

Hey! I bought the 4month for 1month price in september! Was charged 6.99 in september and keep charging me in october! How is that working?? 

Hey! I have just bought in september 4months for 1 month price! I was chsrged in september and next month october also charged! So difficult to contact with any of you! Please answer why i was charged twice, and probably next month will be the same again

Thanks for your post. Can you let me know what your subscription status says here? If it says Premium, can you let me know if you’ve tried Premium in the past? I’d also recommend following the steps provided on this support page as it contains more info regarding Premium trials.
