500 Error When changing from Premium to Student

My Question or Issue

 Currently i was trying to change my plan from premium to a student discount. When on the subcription page of your account, if i select "Get Discount" it will bring up an "Oh No" page causing a 500 error or page not found. It seems there was no way of contacting Spotify so hope this community forum will help.

Hey @h_s266bo-ygj (Nick) Welcome to the Spotify Community!

What i would recommend doing is making sure that the Zip Code that you placed in there is correct. I have heard that sometimes this could lead to the 500 error code. If the zip code is correct then i would recommend going into incognito mode. And if that doesn't work then try a different browser.
