My Question or Issue

I got a message from Xbox Live a couple of days ago mentioning 6 months of Spotify Premium was available for free for any Xbox Game Pass Ultimate users. I went to try and redeem it but couldn't find a code. I contacted Xbox Support and was told they couldn't help since Spotify provides the codes. I was just wondering if I could get some help redeeming this offer?

Spotify has outlined the full terms/conditions for the Xbox 6 months promo here. I'm not sure if it applies in your case but this offer is only for new users of Spotify who have previously never redeemed any trial/introductory promo on their account.
