Se me cobró 2 veces spotify en mi última cuenta. $3.494 y $3.495 respectivamente. Con 2 códigos de compra diferentes. ¿por qué? ¿qué puedo hacer?. No he hecho nada aparte de escuchar música en la app.

If you see multiple charges and they’re not pending or to check the payment is valid, you could have more than one Premium account. Follow these ways to find other accounts

 

In case you find another Premium account, follow these steps to cancel.

 

If you can’t access an account, get in touch here by choosing Subscription > Other > I STILL NEED HELP.
