Hello. You are able to redeem Spotify Premium codes here: https://www.spotify.com/us/redeem/ (Make sure you're signed onto the Spotify account that you want to redeem the Premium onto).

(If you want to do this without clicking on the hyperlink [can't blame you] then you can go to the official Spotify website [spotify.com], sign into the account that you want to redeem the Premium onto, go to your account settings on the website, and then click the 'Redeem' tab [should be the lowest tab on the sidebar]).
