60 vs 30 days

Hi. I’ve been offered a **bleep** day free trial via ads and account, but only had the option to sign up for the 30 day free trial, which I’ve done. Help? What have I done wrong?

If you signed up for the trial by tapping on the ad, but got the 30-day trial, it's possible that you weren't eligible for the 60-day offer.

Just to be sure though, where did you see the ad for this 60-day trial?
