99p offer not working

I am trying to redeem the offer on my account that I have not tried a trial on. It says that I have previously tried the trial and am not eligible for the offer, but I haven't tried the trial before.

This is the message I'm getting:

It looks like you’ve taken a trial before, which means you aren’t eligible for this offer. But you can still get Spotify Premium.

I am also having the same problem. I checked the reciept section as the help article suggests but have no record or reciepts. I would love to activate it before it expires to try premium out.
