Abroad upgrade on spotify premium

Hey, I am currently abroad ( german in norway ) and upgraded my sportify to spotify premium. I already got the receipt for the upgrade via mail, but it doenst work. 

Any suggestions how to fix that problem ?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community!

If you've upgraded for Premium but your account still shows as Free, we'd recommend first trying the steps here.

If that doesn't do the trick, we'd suggest double-checking the username on the email receipt you received. If it's the same as the one listed on your account page here, we'd suggest logging out of your account and back in to shake things up.

However, if it's not the same, it's possible you have another account that was upgraded to Premium. Check to see if you have any other accounts.
