Account hacked and subscription changed by Hacker

Account hacked and subscription changed by Hacker

Hi there, recently my account has been hacked by a mystery person and my subsciption changed to family with them adding their own profile. I only recently realised and have changed my passwords, logged out on all devices and changed my subscription back however I have been overcharged as to what the hacker signed me up for. I was paying $11.99 a month and have been charged $17.99 in my most recent bill. I am very unhappy with this and would like to be refunded the difference.

please be aware that a refund is never guaranteed and all requests will get evalutaed on a case-by-case basis by the support.With that in mind, please fill out the contact form to create a ticket with support.
The support will do their best to get in touch with you as fast as possible, but please be aware that responses may take anywhere from 24-48 hours depending on the volume of tickets they are currently handling.
