Auto Renewal

I just bought the 3 month premium for $0.99, and I was wondering how to cancel auto-renewal. When I click on cancel or change subscription, I don't see a cancel subscription. I only see the option to change to the student or family subscription and to switch back to free. Will switching back to free turn off auto-renewal and I'll be able to use premium for the next 3 months until the next time I have to pay, or will it completely change me back to free?

If you'd like to cancel your subscription, make sure to follow these steps: 

1. Log in to your account page.
2. Click Subscription in the menu on the left.
3. Click CHANGE OR CANCEL.
4. Click CANCEL PREMIUM.
5. Click YES, CANCEL.

If you're not able to see the option to cancel, please try on a different device or an incognito window. You can also try on a different device. 

If that doesn't work, please send us a screenshot of what's showing instead. We'll take a look.

I had problem with auto renewal.. when i first subs for 3 months premium promo, it say i will get notification when my subs about to end. Plus i had choose for non auto renewal service, but today i had been charge for auto renewal subs. How can i get refund. This service was a total scam. I felt cheated.
