Active plan familiar pero no puedo añadir miembros

Hola buenos dias.

 

Anoche pague la suscripción premium del plan familiar y cuando quise agregar un miembro en la página web, no se mostró nada, solo pantalla negra. Intenté enviar un enlace a través de la aplicación pero cuando los miembros abren el enlace, les aparece una ventana que dice que no es posible encontrar la página.

I am sorry to hear that, and I hope you don't mind me replying in English.

Can you send another invite following these steps using a different browser or private window? Once the members get the invite, ensure they're not using a VPN on their device when they open the link to accept the invite.

 

If you're still having trouble, please try a different network connection, or a different device, if possible to send the invites and accept them.

Hola, no es necesario, intenté compartir el link a mis miembros y ahora sí pudieron acceder, al parecer hubo un problema con el método de pago que no dejaba acceder a los demás al plan. Cómo sea, muchas gracias por sus consejos.
